1. If you receive your artwork and it is damaged in anyway and you wish to return the artwork, please send an email that includes photographs of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3-days of receiving your artwork.
***PLEASE KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING***
2. After confirming that the artwork will be returned with, please return the artwork within 7-days.
3. If you do not notify me of your intent to return the work within 3-days of receipt and you do not ship the work within 7-days of confirming with me, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Terms and Conditions for Online Sales
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER FROM SPIRITCHI, AND RETAIN A COPY OF THEM AND YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
BY CONTINUING WITH A PURCHASE IT IS DEEMED THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by SPIRITCHI ordered from the SPIRITCHI online store at www.spiritchi.net.
By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
You must be 18 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.
SPIRITCHI reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.
These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.
Orders and Prices
SPIRITCHI uses Stripe for their online purchasing systems.
SPIRITCHI accepts payment by any of the credit cards shown as acceptable on the website at time of purchase.
All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.
All prices may be subject to change. Prices for specific works may rise as an edition begins to sell out.
The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to shipping of your order, SPIRITCHI will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order.
When ordering online your order will be sent to SPIRITCHI through Stripe by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm that SPIRITCHI have received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact Chichi Nyangoni by email at email@example.com.
SPIRITCHI tries to ensure that the content + colours and information in this online store are accurate and current but this cannot be guaranteed and any person using information from this site does so at their own risk.
All delivery times quoted on the SPIRITCHI website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. SPIRITCHI may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order.
Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email.
All work will be sent to you by courier service. SPIRITCHI will endeavour to deliver purchased art within 7 -10 business days (New Zealand orders only) of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email from the online store at the time of purchase.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of couriered goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods (New Zealand).
-SPIRITCHI will not accept responsibility for artworks that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.
- A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.
- Once the art work is considered delivered, responsibility for the work, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for insuring the work.
Ownership and Copyright
Once an art work is in your possession you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of an art work to any third party including the internet for any purpose with the consent of Chichi Nyangoni. Copyright belongs to the artist Chichi Nyangoni. Images of sold paintings may still be used by SPIRITCHI for any future use including but not limited to advertising, books and other publications, social media and other web based use.
The copyright in the contents of this website SPIRITCHI are owned by Chichi Nyangoni and permission must be exclusively granted for reproduction or extraction for any purpose by Chichi Nyangoni.
